Shin mai aikin zai iya rage farashin da aka bayar a yarjejeniyar gama kai idan ma'aikaci bai ba da isasshen sanarwa game da rashin aikin ba?

Lokacin da yarjejeniyar gama gari ta ba da wasu kari, za ta iya barin ta ga mai aiki don ƙayyadaddun sharuɗɗa da sharuɗɗan rabon su. A cikin wannan mahallin, mai aiki zai iya yanke shawarar cewa ɗaya daga cikin ma'auni don bayar da kyautar ya dace da ƙaramin lokacin sanarwa ga ma'aikaci idan ba ya nan?

Yarjejeniyar gama gari: kyautatawa wani mutum wanda aka biya a karkashin yanayi

Wani ma'aikaci, wanda ke aiki a wani kamfanin tsaro a matsayin wakilin jami'an tsaron filin jirgin sama, ya ƙwace ma'aikatan.

Daga cikin bukatunsa, ma'aikaci yana neman a biya shi baya a karkashin a Firayim Tsare-tsaren Ayyukan Mutum ɗaya (PPI), wanda aka tanadar ta hanyar yarjejeniya gama gari da ta dace. Ya kasance yarjejeniyar gama kai don kamfanonin rigakafi da na tsaro, wanda ya bayyana (art. 3-06 na annex VIII):

« Ana biyan kari na aikin mutum wanda ke wakiltar matsakaicin rabin wata na babban albashi na shekara don ma'aikaci mai gamsarwa kuma yana ba da cikakken shekara 1. Ana aiwatar da sifofin sa bisa ga ka'idojin da kowane kamfani ya tsara shi kafin farkon kowace shekara. Waɗannan sharuɗɗan na iya kasancewa musamman: halarta, lokaci, sakamakon gwaje-gwajen kamfani na cikin gida, sakamakon gwajin sabis na hukuma, dangantakar abokin ciniki da fasinja, hali a tashar da kuma gabatar da sutura (…)
