Yarjejeniyar gama gari: tabbataccen albashi na shekara-shekara da mahimmin coefficients

Wata ma'aikaci, ma'aikaciyar jinya a wani asibiti mai zaman kansa, ta kama ma'auni na buƙatun neman biya a ƙarƙashin garantin albashin shekara-shekara da aka tanadar ta hanyar yarjejeniyar gama gari. Wannan ita ce yarjejeniya ta gama gari don asibiti masu zaman kansu na Afrilu 18, 2002, wanda ya ba da:

a gefe guda, mafi ƙarancin albashi na al'ada wanda ya shafi kowane aiki yana daidaitawa ta hanyar grid da ke bayyana a ƙarƙashin taken "Rarraba"; an ƙididdige shi bisa ƙimar ma'anar da aka yi amfani da ita ga ma'auni na grid rarrabawa (art. 73); a daya bangaren kuma, an kafa garantin albashin shekara-shekara wanda ya yi daidai da kowane ma'aunin aiki zuwa albashin shekara-shekara na al'ada wanda ba zai iya zama kasa da abin da ake tarawa na shekara-shekara na babban kudaden da aka saba samu na wata-wata ba kuma ya karu da kaso wanda adadinsa (…. ) ana iya sake fasalin kowace shekara. (art. 74).

A wannan yanayin, ma'aikacin asibitin ya sanya ma'aikacin haɗin gwiwa, ya karu dangane da abin da ta kasance ƙarƙashin yarjejeniyar gama gari. Ta ji cewa, don ƙididdige lamunin lamunin shekara-shekara, mai aiki ya kamata ya dogara da wannan adadin wanda asibitin ya danganta mata da…
