Yarjejeniyar koyon aiki: keta yarjejeniya

Yarjejeniyar aikin kwangila ce ta aiki wacce kai, a matsayinka na mai daukar aiki, ka dauki nauyin samarwa mai koyon sana’ar, wani bangare da aka bayar a kamfanin kuma wani bangare a cibiyar horaswar koyon aikin (CFA) ko kuma sashin koyo.

Ƙarshen kwangilar koyan kuma na iya faruwa a yunƙurin ɗalibin. Murabus ne. Dole ne ya fara tuntuɓar mai shiga tsakani na ɗakin ofishin kuma ya mutunta lokacin sanarwa.
