Rage ci gaba: mutum yana ba da aikin lokaci-lokaci

Tsarin ci gaba na ritaya na buɗe ga ma'aikata waɗanda suka cika sharuɗɗa masu zuwa:

yin aiki na ɗan lokaci a cikin ma'anar labarin L. 3123-1 na Labor Code; sun kai mafi ƙarancin shekarun ritaya na doka (shekaru 62 ga waɗanda aka haifa a ranar 1 ga Janairu, 1955) sun rage da shekaru 2, ba tare da iya zama ƙasa da shekaru 60 ba; tabbatar da tsawon kashi 150 na inshorar tsufa da lokutan da aka gane daidai da (Lambar Tsaron Jama'a, art. L. 351-15).

Wannan tsarin yana bawa ma'aikata damar gudanar da ayyukansu yayin da suke cin gajiyar wani bangare na fanshon su na ritaya. Wannan juzu'in na fansho ya banbanta gwargwadon lokacin aikin lokaci-lokaci.

Abun damuwa shine cewa a cikin ma'anar Dokar Ma'aikata, ana ɗaukar su lokaci-lokaci, ma'aikata waɗanda ke da ɗan gajeren lokacin aiki:

zuwa tsawon doka na awanni 35 a kowane mako ko zuwa lokacin da aka ƙayyade ta yarjejeniya gama gari (reshe ko yarjejeniyar kamfani) ko zuwa tsawon lokacin aiki da ake buƙata a kamfanin ku idan tsawon lokacin bai kai awanni 35 ba; sakamakon kowane wata,
