Canza aiki tun daga Janairu 15, 2021, Sauye-sauyen Tattalin Arziki yana ba da damar hango canje-canje na tattalin arzikin kamfanin ta hanyar tallafawa ma'aikatan sa kai zuwa ga kwanciyar hankali, shiri kuma aka ɗauka sake karatunsu.

1 / Gano ayyukan raunana a cikin kamfanin

Domin ma'aikatan kamfani su ci gajiyar tallafi na hanyar miƙa mulki tare, dole ne kamfanin yayi shawarwari da yarjejeniyar GEPP (gudanar da ayyuka da hanyoyin ƙwarewa). Latterarshen dole ne ya gano ayyukan da ake la'akari da rauni a cikin kamfanin. Manufa daya: shiga tattaunawa ta zamantakewa tsakanin kamfani kan ayukkan barazana.
