Shayar da nono: tanadi na Dokar Aiki

Lura cewa, shekara ɗaya daga ranar haihuwa, ma'aikacin ku da ke shayar da ɗanta yana da sa'a daya a rana don wannan dalili a lokacin aiki (Labour Code, Art. L. 1225-30). Har ma tana da damar shayar da yaronta a kafa. Lokacin da ma'aikaci ke da shi don shayar da ɗanta ya kasu kashi biyu na minti talatin, ɗaya a cikin aikin safe, ɗayan kuma a lokacin rana.

Lokacin da aka dakatar da aikin don shayarwa an ƙayyade ta hanyar yarjejeniya tsakanin ma'aikaci da mai aiki. Yarjejeniyar rashin nasara, ana sanya wannan lokacin a tsakiyar kowace rabin rana na aiki.
