The mid-career visit is a new system introduced by the law of August 2, 2021.


This visit allows:
bydraw up an inventory the adequacy between the workstation and the employee's state of health,
dassess the risks occupational disintegration and the prevention of occupational risks, taking into account the development of their capacities, according to their professional career, their age and their state of health;
educate the employee the challenges of aging at work and the prevention of occupational risks.


During this visit, the doctor may propose individual measures for the adjustment, adaptation or transformation of the workstation or measures for the adjustment of working time.
