Information to be given to employees: posting is not always compulsory

Whatever the size of your company, certain information must imperatively be displayed in your workplace.

This particularly involves :

certain contact details: labor inspectorate, occupational physician, etc. ; safety rules: terms of access and consultation of the single risk assessment document, smoking ban for example; or general rules of labor law: for example collective working hours.

In some cases, but not in all, the mandatory display can be replaced by information by any means. This is the case, for example, of the order of departures on paid leave, of certain legal texts, or even of the titles of conventions and agreements applicable in the establishment.

Depending on your workforce, additional information must be displayed such as the place of consultation of the list of CSE members (from 11 employees) or disseminated by any means such as the contact details of the sexual harassment representative, etc.
