In order to support the recruitment of 1 young people in VSEs, SMEs and ETIs in ecological transition trades, a bonus of € 000 will be paid to the company which welcomes talent in Territorial Volunteering in Business (VTE) " Green ".
What is it about ?
A real pillar of the France Relance plan, the ecological transition is today a vector of growth which creates new activities, jobs and wealth. Business leaders, involved on a daily basis in multiple tasks of cash management, their order book, and their human resources, need support to engage in the ecological transition.
The VTE, launched in 2018, is a program operated by Bpifrance which gives the opportunity to work-study students or recently graduated from higher education to access positions of responsibility in French VSEs, SMEs and mid-caps.
As part of France Relance's “1 young 1 solution” plan, the Green VTE is an opportunity for them:
acquire strong skills and differentiating professional experience;
to have a complete and transversal vision of the company as well as of its future challenges linked to the ecological transition;
