BDES 2021: start by checking that you provide enough information on the years to come

Your social economic database (BDES) is a living tool that must be regularly updated.

At the start of each year, you must in particular make sure that you include information on the years to come in the BDES. Indeed, in the absence of an agreement modifying the frequency, the BDES is a 6-year projection of the company.

You must therefore include in 2021 information on the two previous years (2020 and 2019) and the current year as well as projections for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024. You are not, however, required to keep in the BDES the data relating to the year 2018.

BDES 2021: adapt to the health context

Despite the rebound of the epidemic and the generalization of teleworking as soon as possible, the information-consultation periods of the CSE have not been modified as during the first confinement.

It is therefore necessary to continue to organize the various compulsory consultations and to update its BDES.
