With, for companies with more than 041 employees, the obligation to offer redeployment leave in the event of redundancy to the employees concerned.

« Redeployment leave imposes minimums in terms of duration (4 months) and compensation (65% of the average compensation for the last twelve months), explains Olivier Brevet, director of Oasys Mobilité, a firm supporting employees before leaving the company (information, decision support, reflection) and after their departure for the concrete implementation of their project (employment, training, business creation, liquidation of pension rights, etc.). Then, negotiations take place both in terms of duration
