The objective of this course is to understand the security issues in computer networks, and more precisely to have a good knowledge of threats and protection mechanisms, to understand how these mechanisms fit into a network architecture and '' acquire know-how in the use of the usual filtering and VPN tools under Linux.
The originality of this MOOC lies in the thematic field restricted to
network security, a high level of expertise for distance learning, and the consequent offer of TPs offered (Docker environment under GNU/Linux within a virtual machine).
Following the training provided in this MOOC, you will have knowledge of the different topologies of FTTH networks, you will have engineering concepts, you will know the fiber and cable technology as well as the accessories used. You will have learned how FTTH networks are deployed and what tests and measurements are carried out during the installation of these networks.
