Up to 6 days of paid vacation and 10 days of imposed RTT

Article 1 extends and adapts the measures taken last March in terms of paid leave and days of rest. Until June 30, 2021, an employer may, subject to the conclusion of a company or branch agreement, impose or shift up to 6 days of paid leave. And this, by respecting a notice period of at least one clear day, instead of one month or the period provided for by a collective agreement in normal times.
