This beginners course is for you.
The aim of this course is to help you practice and improve your Portuguese before you travel to Portugal.
This course for beginners consists of six original lessons distributed as follows:
Lesson 1. Six Portuguese sounds you need to know.
Lesson 2: Say hello with basic civility.
Lesson 3: Introduce yourself and start a conversation.
Lesson 4: Ask for directions and express understanding.
Lesson 5: Ordering in cafes and restaurants.
Lesson 6: Cities and regions of Portugal.
Each video lesson contains exercises and questions for review. You can do them at the end of the lesson.
At the end of this practical Portuguese course, you will master a set of elements that will allow you to get by easily:
Use polite expressions.
Introduce yourself, say where you are from, where you live and what you do.
Listen and understand the instructions you are given.
Use survival phrases to communicate.
Sit in a cafe or restaurant, taste typical Portuguese food and drink, ask for the bill and pay it.
Make a list of the main cities and regions of Portugal and familiarize yourself with their main characteristics.
