Faced with the risks posed by the health crisis on employment and training, regional skills investment plans signed between the State and the Regions to support and accelerate the development of vocational training at the local level, are subject to adaptation to meet the challenges of “France Relance” recovery plan and the “1 young person, 1 solution” plan.

The recovery plan in fact mobilizes 1 billion euros to strengthen and develop the skills of workers in promising sectors such as digital technology, ecological transition or even health. This budgetary envelope reinforces the funds allocated to regional skills investment pacts (Pric).
