What is the place of women in rural areas today? How are the players organized with regard to gender equality? How can women build their agency and skills?
This Mooc offered in 4 languages (French, English, Spanish, Greek), makes you discover the different forms of investment by women to build and innovate collectively. It contextualizes the practices at work in the creation of activities, collectives, and the deployment of know-how that are shared in lifelong learning.
Based on elements from the human and social sciences, this Mooc provides you with knowledge, methods and tools: to promote the development of initiatives, lead participatory dynamics and create social innovations. It is illustrated by concrete examples carried out collectively by the members of the European project NetRaw.
