Getting started with Airbnb Subletting

I started subletting accommodation for short-term rental on Airbnb, 4 years ago now abroad with 4 x villas which still generate me passive income today +3500 €/month of income.

Having no borrowing possibilities in France, I then told myself that I was going to do exactly the same thing: sublet apartments in my city and rent on Airbnb for short-term rentals.

In France the legislation is very precise concerning subletting and if you do not have the right contract/lease and not the right legal status to supervise this activity, your project is doomed to failure.

I then met with a lawyer and my chartered accountant in order to draft the statutes of my company + the contract/lease adapted to this type of activity.

The objective of this training broken down into several sessions is to explain to you how I achieved it and thus give you my advice, my tips and the secrets that allowed me to obtain my financial freedom with this high-yield activity: short-term rental.

I use the Airbnb and Booking Platforms to operate my sublets.
