Recognition of disability
The first step in accessing or keeping a job, when you are in a situation of handicap, is D'obtain recognition of the status of disabled worker (RQTH). Your request is then studied by a team of professionals (doctors, social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, etc.) and the Commission for the Rights and Autonomy of People with Disabilities (CDAPH) takes a decision and notifies you.
