Internal mobility: what strategy, what support systems?

Whether your employee's plan is the result of a personal choice or a professional imperative, the decision is not neutral and deserves to be supported as well as possible. And if internal mobility is an integral part of human resources missions as a major element of GPEC policy, its success relies on the involvement of management. Thus, the people review (or “personnel review”), which consists of an exchange between management and the HR department, is essential. It allows a global vision of the talents of the company and an efficient sharing:

the inventory of internal developments to be anticipated; the appropriate communication plan; risk measurement; the identification of talents open to a mobility project.
