The “Professional Transition Project” (PTP) allows all employees to mobilize their personal training account(CPF) on his initiative, in order to carry out a certifying training action to change trades or professions.


During the professional transition project, the employee benefits from specific leave during which his employment contract is suspended. His remuneration is maintained under certain conditions. This system replaced individual training leave (CIF).


Regional joint interprofessional committees (CPIR) – “Transitions Pro” associations (ATpro), also called Transitions Pro, examine applications for financial support for professional transition projects. They cover the educational costs, the remuneration and, where applicable, certain ancillary costs related to the training.


To be guided in his choice of retraining and in the completion of his file, the employee can benefit from support by a career development advisor (CEP). The CEP informs, guides and helps the employee to formalize his project. He proposes a financing plan.


At the end of his training course, the suspension of the employee's contract ends. He returns to his work station or
