This course teaches statistics using the free software R.

The use of mathematics is minimal. The objective is to know how to analyze data, to understand what you are doing, and to be able to communicate your results.

This course is aimed at students and practitioners of all disciplines who seek hands-on training. It will be useful for anyone who needs to analyze a real dataset in the context of teaching, professional or research activity, or simply out of curiosity to analyze a dataset by themselves (data web, public data, etc.).

The course is based on the free software R which is one of the most powerful statistical software currently available.

The methods covered are: descriptive techniques, tests, analysis of variance, linear and logistic regression models, censored data (survival).
