These resources will therefore be targeted at those involved in associative and family tourism whose vocation is to promote the integration of vulnerable populations and their access to vacations, as well as the maintenance of activity in particularly rural areas.

According to the Ministry of the Economy, the TSI Fund “will extend its interventions through equity investments in associative companies, by definition without shareholders. It may intervene in the financing of real estate infrastructure and, on a case-by-case basis, support investments in operation ”.

For memory, to be eligible for the TSI fund, operators must not have sufficient equity capital to convince partner banks providing additional loans. They must also agree to engage in arrangements organizing the differentiation between real estate ownership and operation.
