Concession contracts, which have been the preferred tool in France for developing major infrastructures, are still the contract of choice used by the State or local authorities to modernize or build new public facilities. The legal regime applicable to these contracts has evolved considerably, in particular under Community influence, to move from an intuitu personae contract to a category of public procurement contracts.

This MOOC entitled "Concessions" aims to present in a didactic way, the main rules applicable to these contracts.

This course takes into account the reform of December 2018 which introduces a “Public Order Code” into French law. .
