Communication plan, notoriety and image, municipal magazine, website, internal communication, press relations, territorial marketing, social networks... through the scanning of different tools, this Mooc brings you the knowledge and skills essential to lay the foundations of a communication strategy adapted to communities.

Based on the specific missions of local authorities (fulfilment, as close as possible to citizens, of the public service mission in all aspects of life), it also leads to reflection on the strategic issues of communication that revolves around the triangle elected officials/officials/citizens.

Format

This Mooc has six sessions. Each session is made up of short videos, testimonials from professionals, questionnaires and accompanying documents… as well as a discussion forum allowing exchanges between the participants and the teaching team. The fifth session has been enriched to meet the demands of learners from previous sessions.
