Vulnerable people at risk of developing a serious form of Covid-19 infection, as well as employees who are parents of a child under 16 or of a person with a disability who is the subject of a measure isolation, eviction or home support may, under certain conditions, benefit from partial activity.

These employees who are unable to continue working benefit from a partial activity allowance which is set at 70% of the gross reference remuneration limited to 4,5 hourly minimum wage.

Until January 31, 2021, in application of the common law regime, the hourly rate of the partial activity allowance paid to you by the State is set at 60%. This rate is 70% for the protected sectors which benefit from the increase in the rate of the partial activity allowance.

As of February 1, 2021, a single rate should be set up applicable to all companies regardless of their sector of activity (common law or protected sectors). But this measure is postponed to March 1, 2021.
