Telework: relaxation of the 100% rule

The new version of the national protocol to ensure the health and safety of employees in the face of the Covid-19 epidemic maintains the recommendation of telework at 100%.

Indeed, teleworking remains a mode of organization which makes it possible to limit social interactions in the workplace and in commuting. Its implementation for activities that allow it participates in the prevention of the risk of contamination of the virus.

Even if teleworking remains the rule, employees currently working at 100% telework can benefit from face-to-face feedback. The protocol provides that if the employee expresses the need, it is possible that he works at his workplace one day a week with your agreement.

The protocol specifies that, for this new arrangement, it will be necessary to take into account the specificities linked to work organizations, in particular for teamwork and endeavors to limit social interactions in the workplace as much as possible.

Note that even if the health protocol is not binding, you must take it into account as part of your health and safety obligations.
