National protocol: new social distancing

A decree, published on January 28, 2021 in Official Journal, reviewed the social distance that must be respected when people do not wear a mask.
This physical distance is now fixed at 2 meters in all places and in all circumstances. The national protocol has therefore been amended.

Thus, in the company, employees must respect, when they are not wearing a mask, a distance of at least 2 meters from other people (other employees, customers, users, etc.). If this social distance of 2 meters cannot be respected, wearing a mask is compulsory. But be careful, even with a mask, a physical distance must be respected. It is a minimum of one meter.

You are required to inform employees of these new distancing rules.

In the locker rooms, you ensure that physical distancing is also respected, at least one meter associated with the wearing of a mask. If they must remove their mask, the protocol gives the example of taking a shower, employees must then respect a distance of 2 meters between them.
