Regarding the measures to be taken:
- The unique reception services for litigants will remain open but by appointment
- Judicial activity will be maintained in the presence of people "duly summoned", in compliance with the health measures applicable to covid-19
- The deployment of laptops, which did not exist during the first confinement, especially for the clerks, must be completed "as soon as possible"
- Health measures will be applied to prison staff as well as to staff whose punctual and regular presence is required
- Concerning more particularly prisons: "compliance with health measures does not call into question living conditions such as visiting rooms or working in detention", added Éric Dupond-Moretti. During the March containment, all visits and activities were halted
- The activity of the agents of the judicial protection of young people (PJJ) will also be maintained "with the adaptations and precautions
