Teleworking: action plan to strengthen its use

Due to the very high level of circulation of the virus and its variants, Jean Castex asks companies to remain vigilant about the risks of contamination and cites the latest study carried out by the Institut Pasteur which shows that workplaces represent 29% of identified cases.

All companies that can must therefore continue to push teleworking as much as possible while maintaining a face-to-face day for employees who so wish. The objective is always at least 4 out of 5 days in teleworking.

But despite the various interventions by the Government to remind people that teleworking must be the rule for all activities that allow it, the level of teleworking is still lower than that of the month of November.

In order to strengthen the effectiveness of the use of telework, an instruction of March 18, 2021 from the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of Labor and the Minister of the Public Service therefore asks the Prefects of the departments placed under enhanced surveillance, to put put in place an action plan.
