With the health crisis, teleworking has been massively implemented within companies, outside of any collective agreement. Does the employee have to receive his meal voucher the day he teleworks?

You must remember that the teleworker has the same rights as the employee who works on site, within the premises of your company (Labor Code, art. L. 1222-9).

As a result, if your employees receive meal vouchers for each day worked, employees who are teleworking must also receive them when their working conditions are equivalent to those of employees working on site.

Note that to receive a meal voucher, the meal must be included in your employee's daily work schedule. The same employee can only receive one restaurant voucher per meal included in his daily working hours (Labour Code, art. R. 3262-7)…
