Welcome to the second session of the course “Together let's reduce the presence of toxic metals on our plate.”, on the theme of heavy metals in the environment, their transfers, their sources and their impacts. This course is in French and French sign language.
Thanks to this course, you will know everything about heavy metals: the social, economic and health problems they cause, their human and natural origins, their journeys through the environment to our food and finally how researchers analyze these metals. .
You have the choice between a version in French with subtitles or in sign language with subtitles. The text transcirption of the video is also available for download to allow you to work on a paper version.
By working at least 1h / week, you can obtain a certificate of achievement with 75% correct answers to our quizzes.
This MOOC is an experiment on accessibility and we will ask you to fill out a satisfaction questionnaire when it is finished.
