The device Collective transitions ou “Transco” aims to protect employees whose jobs are in danger, by offering them an increase in skills via certified training preparing them for promising professions, while securing their remuneration during this course with the maintenance of their employment contract.

The operational implementation is detailed in a circular from the Ministry of Labor dated January 11, 2021. It was distributed to the State services concerned as well as to employment actors in the territories.

Identification of promising professionsLists will be drawn up in each territory in order to prioritize the financing of the paths of employees towards these professions. At the regional level, these lists were drawn up in the last quarter of 2020. They may be broken down by employment area and supplemented during 2021 at a finer territorial level.
These lists are validated by the Crefop and are then communicated to the actors and published on the sites of the Direccte and the prefectures.
