To be guided in his choice of retraining and in the completion of his file, the employee can benefit from support by a professional development adviser (CEP). The CEP informs, guides and helps the employee to formalize his project. He proposes a financing plan.

Transitions Pro examines the employee's file. They verify that the employee complies with the conditions of access to PTPs. They verify that the retraining project does not fall under the employer's obligation to adapt workers to their workstation, to changes in jobs and to their continued employment.
