The message obviously adapts to the audience, but I start by reminding one essential thing: to retrain, it cannot be improvised. It requires reflection, time, some preparatory work, sacrifices… It is an act of commitment. You don't wake up one fine morning saying to yourself "Hey, what if I change jobs? ".
