Day package: autonomous employees in the organization of their schedule

Packages in days over the year can be concluded by:

management employees who have, under certain conditions, autonomy in the organization of their schedule; and employees whose working time cannot be determined and who have real autonomy in the organization of their schedule.

These employees on the annual fixed rate in days are not subject to the counting of the working time in hours, nor to the maximum daily and weekly working hours.

When these employees are integrated into a schedule imposing their presence within the company, they cannot be considered as managers / independent employees and therefore subject to an annual flat-rate agreement in days.
