ASAP law: duration and renewal of profit-sharing agreements (article 121)

The law perpetuates the possibility of concluding profit-sharing agreements for a period of less than 3 years. The minimum duration of a profit-sharing agreement is now one year.

Until now, this reduced period was only possible for companies with less than 11 employees and under certain conditions.
This was also authorized in 2020 on a temporary basis to facilitate the granting of the purchasing power bonus, but this possibility had ended on August 31, 2020.

The duration of the tacit renewal has also been changed. It will no longer be for 3 years but for a period equal to the initial term of the agreement.
