The elements to include in a letter of resignation and the documents to be submitted by the employer

In France, although there are no strict rules as to the content of a resignation letter, it is strongly recommended to include certain information such as the date, the identity of the employee and the employer, the mention “Letter of resignation” in the subject line, the end date of the contract and possibly the reason for the resignation.
