What is AFEST?

AFEST is the work-based training action. This is a model of transmission of know-how rooted in the work within your company. This teaching method is recognized by the law of 5/09/2018 For the freedom to choose your professional future.

AFEST is based on two principles :

The work is used as the main teaching material. Based on trials, successes and errors, the employee (the learner) also builds his learning in the exchange, guided by the AFEST trainer. The employee is a co-producer of his knowledge.

AFEST alternates two phases:

Phase real situation (the employee learns by doing). Phase employee perspective (the employee analyzes what he does and how he does it), called “reflective sequence”.
