The observation has been shared for several years: there is a cruel lack of professionals in the world of digital security, and yet cybersecurity is a sector of the future!

As the national information systems security authority, the ANSSI, through its Information Systems Security Training Center (CFSSI), has set up systems to stimulate, encourage and recognize initiatives to develop information systems security training.

The ANSSI labels – and more broadly the entire training offer of the agency – aims to guide companies in their recruitment policy, to support training providers and to encourage students or employees undergoing retraining.

More specifically, in 2017 ANSSI launched the initiative SecNumdu, which certifies higher education courses specializing in cybersecurity when they meet a charter and criteria defined in collaboration with actors and professionals in the field. Currently, there are 47 certified initial training courses, spread over the whole territory. The label SecNumedu-FC focuses, meanwhile, on short continuing education. It has already made it possible to label 30 training courses.
