New year, new you?

New Years is a good time to plan for the future. They have big ambitions. People all over the world are making new resolutions and setting new goals for the New Year.

This is not to dampen the mood ... but did you know that about 80% of the resolutions taken during the New Year are not kept? Argh. Fortunately, there is a simple reason behind this and it is about the kinds of goals people set for themselves and how they go about achieving them.
