Digital production continues to increase. We create, manage and exchange more and more documents and data within our organizations and with our partners. In a large majority of cases, this new mass of information is not exploited to its fair value: loss and duplicate documents, corruption of the integrity of data of probative value, limited and disorganized archiving, very personal classification without logic. sharing within the structure, etc.

The objective of this Mooc is therefore to give you the keys to carry out a document management and data organization project, over the entire information life cycle, from the creation / reception of documents, up to their archiving with probative value.

Thanks to the implementation of a Records Management methodology enhanced with project management skills, we will be able to work together on several themes:

  •     Introduction to organizational and technical standards for document management
  •     The normative fundamentals of Records Management
  •     Digitization of documents
  •     EDM (Electronic Document Management)
  •     The acquisition of the probative value of the digital documentation, in particular through the electronic signature
  •     Electronic archiving with probative and historical value
