This course offers you training in data web and semantic web standards. He will introduce you to the languages ​​that allow:

  • to represent and publish linked data on the Web (RDF);
  • to interrogate and very precisely select this data remotely and through the Web (SPARQL);
  • represent vocabularies and reason and deduce new data to enrich published descriptions (RDFS, OWL, SKOS);
  • and finally, to plot and track the history of data (VOiD, DCAT, PROV-O, etc.).

Format

This course is divided into 7 weeks + 1 bonus week entirely devoted to Dbpedia. The content is fully accessible in mode self paced, ie open in long-term mode which allows you to progress at your own pace. All the sequences of the course present the concepts of the course with varied multimedia content: videos, quizzes, texts and additional links + numerous demonstrations illustrating the applications of the techniques presented. At the end of each week, practice and deepening exercises are offered.
