Deployed since January 15, 2021, Collective Transitions makes it possible to anticipate the economic changes of the company by supporting volunteer employees towards a serene, prepared and assumed retraining.

1 / Identify weakened jobs within the company

In order for the employees of a company to benefit from taking charge of a collective transition pathway, the company must negotiate a GEPP type agreement (management of jobs and professional paths). The latter must identify the jobs considered weakened within the company. One objective: to engage in social dialogue within a company on threatened jobs.

 

Note : to negotiate this agreement and establish the list of weakened jobs, companies can be supported by skills operators (OPCO) or mobilize services such as HR consulting services.

Once concluded, the agreement is transmitted online to the Regional Directorate for Enterprises, Competition, Consumption, Labor and Employment (Direccte) for registration as part of a remote procedure. A receipt will be sent to the company.
