Three decrees, taken in application of the law of 6 August 2019 on the transformation of the public service, improve the recruitment, integration and career development of people with disabilities in the public service.
Establishment at the end of an apprenticeship contract
A decree published on May 7 in the Official Journal ease the establishment of persons with disabilities who have completed an apprenticeship contract in the public service. They will be able to benefit from direct access to a position from a dedicated procedure.
Candidates must send their request to be established at least three months before the end of their apprenticeship contract to the recruiting authority. The latter has one month from receipt of the request to send a proposal for tenure as well as one or more offers for a job corresponding to the functions performed during the apprenticeship. If it has no proposal to make, it will inform them within the same time limit. Candidates will have fifteen days to send their application.
