People vulnerable to Covid-19: 2 cumulative criteria to benefit from partial activity

Vulnerable employees who present a risk of developing a serious form of Covid-19 infection may be placed in partial activity if they meet 2 cumulative criteria.

One of these conditions is related to their state of health or their age. 12 cases were redefined by a decree of November 10, 2020.

The employee must also not be able to use teleworking completely, nor to benefit from the following reinforced protection measures:

the isolation of the workstation, in particular by the provision of an individual office or, failing that, an arrangement, to limit the risk of exposure as much as possible, in particular by adapting working hours or setting up material protections; the respect, in the workplace and in any place frequented by the person during his professional activity, of reinforced barrier gestures: reinforced hand hygiene, systematic wearing of a surgical type mask when physical distance cannot be be respected or in a closed environment, with this mask changed at least every four hours and before this time if it is wet or damp; the absence or...
