For permanent contracts: when the average salary for the last twelve months is less than or equal to two SMICs, the employee's remuneration is maintained. Otherwise, it represents 90% of his salary the first year, and 60% after the first year if the training course is more than one year or 1200 hours;

For fixed-term contracts: his remuneration is calculated on the average of the last four months, under the same conditions as for permanent contracts;

For temporary employees: his remuneration is calculated on the average of the last 600 hours of mission carried out on behalf of the company;

For intermittent workers: the reference salary is calculated in a specific way, but the conditions for maintaining remuneration are the same as for permanent contracts.
