Have you thought about training your employees during the period of inactivity?

Two types of partial activity exist with different levels of support for training:

Partial Activity (PA): FNE support is based on 70% of educational costs (and no longer 100% as was the case until 31/10/2020). Partial Long-Term Activity (APLD): FNE support is based on 80% of educational costs with a ceiling set at 6000 euros on average per employee and per year (i.e. 4800 euros applying the 80%) .

In both situations, additional costs such as accommodation, catering and transport costs can be covered on the basis of a flat rate of €2,00 excluding tax (€2,40 including tax) for each hour of training. face-to-face, attested by a certificate of completion without any other form of justification (these costs must be indicated when requesting payment).
Remuneration costs already financed by the partial activity are always excluded.

NEW : As of November 1, for any training starting before March 2021, Uniformation will bear the remainder payable by the employer.

Support only covers training periods completed during the duration of the partial activity.
