Understanding the law of employment contracts

This Mooc presents the life of employment contracts, from their birth to their end. This course is based on the practice and the day-to-day management of employment contracts in a company, and deals with all the legal issues that we may encounter today on this subject. Thus, each sequence of the course begins with a practical case, and is followed by the analysis of the legal mechanisms specific to these situations, so that everyone understands the connection between practice and theory, legal logic and its scope, as well as the associated civil and criminal risks. This course integrates the provisions of the Macron ordinances of September 2017 and the Labor law of August 2016.
