For people furthest from employment, the obstacles linked to mobility are recurrent. Nearly 7 million people, or around 20% of the working-age population, find it difficult to move around France. 28% of people in professional integration give up their job or their training for reasons of mobility : they do not have access to means of transport, do not have vehicles or do not have a driving license.

In order to facilitate the mobility of all French people, Brigitte Klinkert, Minister Delegate for Integration to the Minister of Labor, Employment and Integration announced Tuesday March 16 during a meeting of the Observatory banking inclusion (OIB) 50% increase in the State guarantee for personal micro-credit to finance mobility solutions as part of a job integration project.

This additional state support aims to grant around 26 loans in 000, against 15 in 000, to people excluded from employment, with the guarantee of the State, to finance the acquisition of a car, a two-wheeler, the repair of his vehicle, the driver's license or automobile insurance.
