The “Avenir” law on vocational training, adopted on September 5, 2018, has radically changed the world of training in France. Specialized institutions have adapted to the skills revolution, one of the greatest challenges of the coming years.

Skills are evolving faster than ever: professions are disappearing to make way for others that were unknown until then. The digitization of business processes requires new skills and rapid adaptation. Therefore, an appropriate training system is a major challenge for the state and those who wish to guarantee their access to employment.

This training is devoted to fundamental changes in the system of financing vocational education. We review the criteria for accrediting educational institutions and vocational training programs. We are exploring mechanisms such as personal training accounts (CPF) accompanied by the Professional Development Council (CEP) mechanism to provide better advice and guidance.

The various tools that companies and career counselors use to help employees develop and finance their various training courses are discussed.
